In her remarks. MS WILSON acknowledged the work the Sisters were doing to give hope and protection to the victims of gender based violence throughout the years.
She said the building in Buka will now give chance to the victims in Buka to have access to the facility as the Chabai centre is far away from the people who may need this service.
MS WILSON also acknowledged the late Bishop of Bougainville, BISHOP BENARD UNABALI for his support to provide land for the safe house to be built and the Autonomous Bougainville Government for their continued partnership support with Australia under the PNG/AUSTRALIA support program.
