080218MOMIS CALLS FOR UNITY FOR KONNOU

The ABG President, Chief DR.JOHN MOMIS has called for unity as Bougainville nears its referendum target date.
Speaking at the gathering between landowners of the Tonolei TRP area, the ABG the PNG Forest Authority and investors KK Connections a Malaysian company operating in East New Britain, President called on the landowners to unite and support the government meets the 3rd pillar of the Bougainville Peace Agreement that is the fiscal self-reliance.
He called on the landowners to sort out their differences and allow investors with money, expertise and equipment to help develop our natural resources.
President MOMIS said that our trees will remain trees whilst we continue to beg for money from donors and partners.
