261211Babies this christmas

Buka hospital has reported no santa claus present this christmas for families from Bougainville.
New Dawn FM talked to nurses at the normally busy maternity ward and was told that nurses did not deliver any baby on christmas.
New Dawn Fm understands the situation could have been different in the health centres throughout the region as many women prefer to deliver their babies in health facilities closer to their home.
