@HeavyMetal,
When you say that you love your island, then I am with you. Maybe we are fighting the same war from different angles. I am also very much concerned about our island.
Sometimes, I sit back and wonder...Are we similar to the failed states of Africa? Zimbawe, Ruanda, Brundi, Do we have anything in common? Is there a common denominator in us and the failed nations of Africa? These questions have infested my mind for so long and sometimes, I have no option but bow down to these kind of prophecy.
@Joe, with capital J, I never got knocked around enough, when you and your cohorts are promoting nudity and indecency, These shamefull MPEG clips and pictures are all over the Internet. Aren't you guys ashamed? Your own mothers and sisters dancing half naked being riduculed by the world? Is that what you meant, that I got knocked around? Never mate, never!
Spoke to Helen Hakena yesterday and she confirmed that women are being forced to take off their blouses to perform those fake cultural dances. Wanem kain yah!
Shame on your guys, all the world is laughing, at those stupid dances. By the way, congratulations to those dancers, who really put on genuine cultural dances.
@ Joe,
My request for justification on the matter does not necessarily mean that I benefit from it, neither am I part of the circle of your so-called crooks.....
There is a good intellectual debate going on here. Take your fight with Standford graduates somewhere else...Haven't you been knocked around enough already ??
Those who want justification on corruption are probably benefiting from this dirt, or part of the circle of crooks. @Heavymetal, you want evidence, just take a walk on the streets of Buka town, Buka Market complex, is in the sorry state, (has been for the last 3 years) the roads, the hospitals, the schools, ol man/meri struggle tru yah! Olgeta infrastructure nogat tru, na moni we? Bigpela moni blo gavman igo we, nogat acquitals, virtually nothing to show for...
The awarding of contracts to ghost companies, cronies, friends, without due process...emi no korapsen?
Stealing of public monies through govt institutions will stay in this wicked world.
The important thing is, to reduce it & sentence the robbers through the law enforcing agencies so that we see justice.We have the govt auditors & various authorities to handle such issues. Em wok blong ol.And this comes with strong political will, leadership & determination. Leaders must not only talk but walk the talk.
Ating ol wantok blong mi, koraption em part blong society. Wantaim socioeconomic status blong bougainville, koraption em hat long abrusim. Sapos yumi laik bai displa koraption i no ken kamap long ples blong yumi, then yumi mas plan long 20 years. Taim socioeconomic status blong Bougainville i stretpla, then koraption bai pinis...
@ Joe,
If you think I write too much crap, then forgive me...but I'm still waiting for the facts & figures from your end to justify what you said earlier cos I have a feeling that it's the exact opposite. You can't merely base your "personal" judgement on Hearsay or Seesay or Dreamsay....
STILL WAITING....
@ Joe,
I'm not an ego-driven character, I just love my Region & I'll do everything under the sun to protect it. People like you are the reason why there is influx of Asians in PNG.
@ Bluefly,
I guess I'm just too optimitic about B'ville.
It seems you have great expertise in this area so you can help your bro (Joe) in providing the facts & figures & post it in this forum.
Otherwise I suspect you must be part of the problem that's why you seem to really know what's going on out there..
And if you don't like Momis, you have every right to stand for the election & let's see if you can get the numbers..
@ SentimentalLoverGirl,
I want facts & figures, not hearsay, seesay, dreamsay etc etc..
@ Akai Neee,
You are not dealing with a Standford graduate here ok! I'm just another home scholar facing the the same challenges that this modern world brings about....
If you have any differences with Stanford graduates, sort them out with them & not me.
@HeavyMetalFreak,
No pensar y escribir como un intelecto. Cuáles son realmente usted? Pareces para ordenar avistó y usted tiene todos los atributos de ser un corrupto, mitad humano.
@HeavyMetal,
I also agree with Joe that Bougainville is more corrupt than PNG under Per Capita considerations. The Stanford graduate doesn't measure up with modern thinking, and simply can not ride the wave brought about by emerging challenges. Maybe he was the lowest of the lowest graduates because even average Stanford graduates, makes it to silicon valley. Emi strong lo promotim nudity and indecency,
With the way the one of the guys in the picture above has been conducting himself, with regards to public money and the long list of companies he heads, I will have to agree with Joe. And I am not looking at the one with white hair....
What more substantiation do we need? Or are some of us so oblivious to whats happening around on the ground...
Hay muchos como él, que son demasiado ciego para darse cuenta de cómo la corrupción endémica es en Bougainville. Es triste. Momis es demasiado débil. A menos que tengamos un hombre valiente, Bougainville no iremos a ningún sitio...
John Dumit....and I know you are reading this also....I want some of that money. This is your neighbour at Korobosea Buai Market Air Niugini Hill. Mi save givim yu free buai olsem na nau mi askim lo samfala lus change blo cheque you kisim lo Fidz Castro Semoso...
As long as we are still part of PNG, we will live with & die with corruption....
As long as our Governor is part & parcel of the NA, there is a greater tendency that he will always cling to their way of doing things....
"Mientras las normas impío, el pueblo siempre va a gemir"...... espano for: as long as the wicked rules, the people will always moan....
Sick of hearing & reading the bloody corruption at Waigani. It is a norm & endemic now in PNG govt circles. PNG is on LNG & mineral boom & have lots to abuse & plunder.
Lets mind & fix our ABG house so that the Public Service functions well.
ABG please, do the aquitals & the money man at Waigani will release needed monies. Nogat bai yu krai, krai, krai na eye wara bai pinis.
Complaints from the staff at the Dep't of Finance & Treasury (Waigani) a couple of weeks back on our daily papers had it that the ruling NA, without following proper procedures, ordered the Dept to pay out K2 million to each NA party member in order to keep the ruling party intact in the light of the Opposition's attempt to overthrow the Gov't.
I hope there's no string attached to the dishing of funds by our Regional Member to this K2m.

@ Pets,
Why do you say that Bougainville is not willing to pay the tax?
And which delivery of weapons are you talking about?
