May be we should wait and see after the election. We should not making early judgement regarding Momis leadership. Maybe through this past experiences he might have learnt somethings good that could help improve his leadership style. However, if he become president he has a huge task to perform and that is weapon disposal which is a biggest treat to ABG. We for sure know that the past leaders have failed to address it according. Konnou crisis is one that Tanis and Kabus have failed to solve address it.

Truya, Tanis did a great job to bring extremist Mekamui factions to elections. He knows & speaks their language.
He can still contribute to ongoing reconciliations maski em lus.

The actual Bougainville crisis is property of the likes of late Ona, late Kabui, Reuben, Miriori & Tanis. But the seed of political powers for B/ville was long time in existence in dormancy.
When Ona lit the fuse to shut down BCL, Momis was then the regional member and politically he he was blocked and shunned by the PNG political powers. He was continually harassed by politicians and Police at his Boroko home at the start of the crisis.
Momis knows the crisis & he can make progress with Tanis.
Tanis em orait but he must tidy his social life to live and walk the life of leader.

If Momis becomes the president he must speak the same language that Tanis has been speaking and being successful in breaking the barriers in getting extremist Mekamuii groups into supporting peace process.
Otherwise we will face a brick wall and could not find the way to get through.
My bet: Momis/Tanis government will make good combination into breaking more barriers and progress.

The writing on the wall is clearing up - Momis versus Tanis.
Momis is bound to collect more votes in Buin & Siwai.
Tanis collected heavy votes from Bolave & Lato but doubt if he will get more votes than Momis in Buin & Siwai.
