This is fantastic! May the Microbank in Bougainville be another pillar for economic development and future independence.

its got 13 branches around PNG so I think it will have enough money. The question is whether Bougainvilleans will use it well to build wealth for themselves, which is what microbank is all about.

It's good to know about the new bank on Bougainville Island. Is it in Arawa, Buka or some other location? Also how will the new bank handle long lines of waiting customers? I hope there are plenty of staff and a comfortable waiting area and importantly cash.
